  • We are sitting outside of your south Blvd location in Charlotte. My girlfriends car was worked on today and we were never called or notified the work was done. Her car is now locked in there until Monday. This is completely horrible and unacceptable. She now does not have a car to get to work. Fix this ASAP. We are sitting outside the store now in my car. You never left us a message, texted, or emailed her to say her car was ready. Now her car is locked in your building until Monday at 8. We are still waiting for a response.
