My family were regulars at this practice. One of my kids requested that the business sponsor one of their high school sports teams. The admin staff took the information and told us that they would get back to us. After several weeks and many phone calls, for all of which we were promised a return call, we gave up. I think that it's simple to say "Yes" or "No", either of which would have been fine with us. However, it's terrible to say that you'll respond and then never respond. I sent a note to tell them that we were no longer going to be patients there because of the situation but nobody bothered to respond. Too bad, the dentists there are great. We're just extremely disappointed with the Admin's lack of business acumen and consideration.
