Well, scared to death of upselling and dealership shenanigans, I took my new Yukon Denali in today for its first service. It was fabulous! I booked it online, got there a few minutes late, the service writer, John Morris was awesome, I was told it would take one and a half to two hours (long but free!) and the car came back early and washed! Nice job and kudos to entire team, I know it takes more than one person to make this stuff happen. Thanks for not jerking me around like other dealers have.
