  • First the positive... I absolutely adore Michelle. She's worked there for years and is always so friendly. She knows me by name and always gets my drink right. She cares enough to ask about my family and is just an overall wonderful person. Now the bad... Sydney is just plain rude. Every time I go in there she acts irritated and annoyed about having to serve coffee and deal with customers. Today, I went in and realized I had ordered my drink incorrectly. Normally, I order a tall Americano in a grande cup. I always mobile order, but today I forgot to order my drink in a grande cup. When I went to pick up my drink, I realized my mistake and I apologized to Sydney and asked if I could just have a grande cup to dump my drink in to. As usual, she acts irritated and put out and says that they are "so busy and running around like chickens with their heads cut off". I look around the store and there is no one waiting in line to order, one person waiting for their drink and three people sitting at various tables. I guess it's possible there was a back up of mobile orders, I have no idea, but I wasn't asking for anything more than for her to hand me a grande cup. I wasn't asking for my drink to be remade or anything more than just handing me a cup. So with a huff and a sigh she goes over and gets the grande cup and then asks for my drink. I tell her, since she is so busy, I do not need her to dump the drink in the cup for me, I can do it myself. She insists on taking my drink and pouring it in the grande cup herself, explaining that she wants to be able to throw the empty cup away. What? I tell her I perfectly capable of throwing the empty cup away myself especially since she is so incredibly busy but she insists. The whole thing was weird and unnecessary. Just updating my review of this location... I'm just curious as to the point of mobile ordering if the baristas never check to see if there is a mobile order. Time and time and time again I will mobile order and then 10 minutes later (even though my pick up window may only be 4 minutes, I've learned to not go before 10 minutes ) I go to pick up my drink and they haven't even taken the sticker off of the machine to start the drink. I'm always told how busy they are. I totally get that, the world doesn't revolve around my need for coffee. But, if this establishment is going to offer mobile ordering then maybe the baristas should be trained to check on a regular basis to see if a mobile order has come in.
