  • Let me add my voice to the list of satisfied customers. I had a unique issue in that the bar/spring assembly broke away from the ceiling in my garage - a potentially dangerous situation as I found out later. I reached out to a well known garage door company who advertises constantly on the radio. No response. I guess they only want to sell new doors and not do repairs. I called Gartech and, within an hour, Sam arrived to assess the situation. He advised us of the potential danger that the damage presented to us. If the spring had let go, it could have hurt or killed someone. Not only did Sam make a prompt repair, he lubricated the door and tuned it up to the point that it is operating smoother and quieter than ever before. Gartech's business card is now a valuable reference in my household.
