  • When I first moves here, 2 years ago, everything was great! The staff was awesome, the apartment was beautiful, nice community, maintenance was super awesome!! But the last year it's all gone south... this place is awful. The staff has changed, and one particular lady named Laurie is so incredibly unprofessional and rude to customers. It's evident she isn't knowledgeable about her job, she's new so it's understandable.. however, she supplements her lack of knowledge with disrespect and crudeness. Mike Chavez is the manager and the only person I've been able to work with since the massive change. Maintenance just busts up in your house without knocking... today I was told they won't change lightbulbs anymore but he'd "do it just this one time." Even though maintenance is a part of my lease... There is trash all throughout the hallways, tenants use to be respectable.. but half of them smoke pot, party, have oversized pets, and have domestic disputes. My renters insurance company (Travelers through Gieco) has even had issues with staff.. they fax your new insurance documents to the leasing company when your insurance renews every year, but the leasing office claimed they never received the documents and charged a "breach of contract" fee to my account that I had to fight off... I hand my keys back to this place in 25 days and couldn't be happier about it. I will update this review to let you all know how the move out goes.
