I thank you for your prompt response. I would like to clarify that I never told your staff I wanted the windows installed, I was never asked and was unaware that we would have to measure ourselves for a self install. That was my mistake and do apologize. However, when I came into the store I DID NOT pick out a window design. My husband and I were trying to ask questions about the windows when the sales associate kept walking over to the window several times (not briefly) to look outside, so I do believe this interfered. She even walked out right behind us to check the car...We agreed that we would get a quote on the TWO types of windows and go from there.
In any event I am glad the windows have been ordered. I can say I am satisfied with the price.
Jerry came out to our home to do an estimate last Wednesday. Friday I got off work early so we could order the windows only to be told they would call us Monday before noon with a price. The sales lady seemed more concerned looking out the window to see if her mom was outside than help us. Monday afternoon my husband called and was told they would call back within an hour and of course no call. Today he called again and was told they were working on it. We haven't even picked out the design so I am confused as to what is taking so long being Jerry had already quoted us a price. We are having our stucco redone and their lack of customer service is causing us a delay. Don't waste your time here.
