  • This review should have done awhile ago. I originally came to California Closets, because they were referred to us from a few people and had promising reviews on the web. At the time we worked with one of their designers and she was great. Things went south when we were threatened a $200.00 rescheduling fee because of a miscommunication from the designer to there scheduling department. They were head strong and didn't want to listen to reason. The product came out nice, but when we later inquired about adding more hook items for the garage cabinets the prices were now 2-3 times the original quoted price. It was unbelievable and I was going to have them make a custom entertainment center, but after these two incidents I said to myself screw it, I'll look elsewhere. Sadly, I couldn't recommend and remain neutral.
