| - After observing regular diners to this restaurant, I figured the hot pot is probably the best option on the menu. However, my boyfriend and I were hoping the Noodle Exchange would serve as a decent alternative to Ping Pang Pong, which was, at the time of our visit, closed for a private event.
The menu is a hodgepodge of Asian cuisine, offering Japanese and Thai items alongside orange chicken and Mandarin chicken salad.
Appetizer - Wor Wonton Soup: Plump dumplings, tender chicken slices, and a few shrimp, this was the best item ordered and is perfect to share with one other person.
Main course - Combination Stir Fry Noodles: according to our waiter, this is considered to be a popular item. To me, this was bland, except for the occasional surprise of flavor I tasted from the slices of BBQ pork.
Main Course - Mushroom fried rice with breaded meat cutlet: Basic friend ride with minuscule amounts of mushrooms. I didn't care for the over-seasoned and fried meat cutlet.
Won't be returning.
