  • Took my vehicle into their service department. I don't think they noticed I watched them work on my vehicle, because my service advisor (salesman) took filters out from behind a counter and told me those were mine. They were black and disgusting (probably 200k miles of wear). My vehicle had only 40k miles on it. Beware they will try to scam you here by scaring you like this into buying stuff you don't need. Needless to say, not going back.
