  • ladies room was absolutely disgusting. ALL the stales were filthy! I noticed the ck list of times when they were to be Periodically clean throughout! Every 3 hrs and the list showed NO inspections were done ALL day, I was in there @ 5pm. I told the customer svc rep of the condition and she merely stated that the cleaners would be there around 6pm. Not at all the answer I expected. Also while she was ringing me up She was socializing with someone that appeared to be a customer but may have been an employee off the clock. The clerk reached under the counter and pulled out a dress to show her that she was planning on buying- VERY unprofessional! I observed a customer trying to catch an associate to ask for assistance and he actually looked annoyed. In the hour and a half I was browsing in the boys dept searching for a specific size, not once did I see someone working or even walk through to see if anyone needed help. All this in a visit - I just started shopping at Kohls and my experience has been less than impressive.
