  • Small Hidden place in the industrial section, but was a good find. I've tried other BBQ places in Las Vegas and Los Angeles and Rollin smoke is up there with the other good ones. I had pulled pork/Brisket which was really tender, juicy and sauce wasn't too overpowering. I looked to my left and saw a monster - the "Outlaw Burger" which looked like a burger on steroids. IT was stacked high with onion rings and brisket or pork (I forgot) and fat meat patty. You gotta see this. I asked the guys after they ate it and said" its amazing". Good food, good prices, good to eat with friends but kinda limited in spaces but open til like 1AM. I will surely go back...
