Update to this review. I've decided to upgrade the rating to 3 stars from the 1. After receiving a call from a corporate manager the following day (because of this review) and then my local gym manager. They made some amends. They apologized for the inconvenience and waived any late charges. I would upgrade to 4 stars but I still think there could be a better job training the call center for EoS fitness. I'm sure they hear all sorts of excuses for missed payments but telling me I needed to change my billing info prior to 30 days and that there's nothing they can do till next month is wrong. They were not listening to the fact my card was stolen. Clearly I wasn't planing on changing my card #. Call takers should listen a bit more. Seems like they were just going thru a script of "you missed a payment, that's your fault, were charging you a late fee." Local gym management gets 4 if not 5 stars tho. They handled it well.
