  • My wife ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a friend and paid for same day delivery. Two days later the flowers still had not been delivered. We never received any form of notification that the delivery would be delayed. When my wife attempted to call and contact Exclusive Flowers she was directed a voicemail box that was full. Based on this experience I would not recommend using this flower shop.
