  • I like the gym because it's clean and it pretty much serves my purpose. The front desk staff seems very friendly, however the sales staff seems extremely unhappy. No one ever smiles over there. Just a bunch of grumpy people. The sales rep who signed me up spent a whole hour with me giving me a tour, talked about him family etc. After signing me up, he's been so unfriendly to me that I don't even bother saying hello anymore. LA Fitness should probably also have a no smoking policy for their employees . It ruins the reputation for the company,
