Nice venue for seeing a sports event or concert, but the seat pricing can be a bit strange. I sometimes suspect that they instruct the ticket agents to tell people that they are out of the $10 seats for a night because I've often bought a higher level and noticed that the $10 seats are largely empty.
But the people working are always nice, which improved the experience. There doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason as to why certain concession stations are open while others aren't, but I don't mind walking a bit farther for a beer.
One of the great things about the Q is they have so many family-friendly events and promotions, at least for Monsters games. They'll bring in animals from the Cleveland Zoo, always have poster-making materials available, and other interactive options.
