rev:text	I needed my carpets cleaned, and I have used the discount places before, I was never pleased and felt that carpet cleaning is just a waste of money. I decided this time I'll use a professional. I looked into the best places here on Yelp and Heavens Best showed up along with a few others. After a phone runaround with one company and another one having difficulties explaining what they would do to clean my carpet I figured they are all the same. When I called Heavens Best I found out I was very wrong. From the first moment on the phone they were very friendly and had no problem giving me a quote over the phone (which they stuck to with no upsales or additional fees) also they had no problem explaining the process of cleaning my carpets and explaining the reason for why they use it, and explained what a steaming to your carpet is (most companies just blast a bunch of hot water drenching your carpet and then try to suck it all back up) Just to let you know how flexible these guys are. I asked if they could clean the next day and they were able to schedule me in. On top of that about an hour before our appointment we decided to ask if they could also do our couches as well. They had no problems adding the service and were absolutely wonderful. Darnell was awesome and did such a great job. In the past when we had our couches cleaned the person just used a wet hose and then sprayed a little bottle of stain protector on them (not very satisfying) I saw Darnell scrub any bits of dirt he saw by hand and even when he was finished and taking a cushion into the next room he wasn't happy with the job and went back one more time to make sure. The couches are cream which is not ideal for dogs, but they look almost brand new after they were done, so much better then we had hoped. Our floors were just like new, and the odor left behind from our wonderful puppy was gone. We can finally have people over again. Heaven's Best was worth the price, they were super reasonable and the service was wonderful. I would use them again and will be keeping their business card ready anytime. I can't recommend them enough. A great business with great employees and a great product and service.
