We had already created a wedding registry a few weeks early when we stopped in. We were there to buy some dishes bc we were slowly killing the planet with the amount of paper plates we were using. Sheldon overheard us going back and forth about what dishes to purchase. He came over and started to explain the differences in stoneware vs bone China etc etc. Honestly, I never knew any of these things.
YALL- 'bone China' apparently doesn't mean that it is white. Sheldon seriously banged a plate against the shelf. Then he flipped a mug over and stood on top of it! THAT IS SALESMANSHIP. he convinced us to take the original dishes off of our registry and put he bone China on to it. We left with one box of dishes to hold us over until the wedding. After the dishes ordeal, he walked us around the whole store and explained what else we should add to the registry. There was no pressure if we said we already had some things. And he let us decide what styles we wanted of sheets etc etc and never rushed us.
