If you're interested in this company's track record; check the BBB and consumer affairs sites. I contacted member relations regarding the $1500 owed to me and haven't had any luck. I'll prob need to complain at BBB.
Here is my experience:
1) They are not upfront about the terms of the PT contract.
2) The gym charges members monthly for more sessions even if they have unused sessions on account.
3) The gym enrolls members in automatic renewal without permission.
4) The gym denies refund of the unused sessions once the member realizes they have too many on account.
5) The gym attempts to retain members thru fulfillment of the prepaid pt sessions.
6) The management defames previous employees.
7) The management, specifically Ryan Mollica, uses threatening and aggressive conflict resolution.
8) The location blames corporate, and corporate blames the location.
