  • This is by far the worst hotel that I've stayed at. I have traveled often but have never in countered this much mis management. 400 iron in separate room for all to share. It was rusted and ruined a new expensive shirt. Front staff did not care and it is still there. Pool cues have no tips management said have those on order. Saturday morning. No soda or coffee at all. Management- that is also on order. Went to get a Bloody Mary at bar. Bartender-I'm really not a bartender but I will google it. No fresh towels. Beds as hard as rocks. No closet. Water is on Hot only. Nobody gave a shit. Pictures of half naked men on everything even the ironing room wallpaper. Who thought this up. I would never stay here again. Still no call from anyone regarding their rusty iron or our level of frustration. And I am a Marriott rewards member. All I can say is stay clear
