  • The stock is okay here but the service was slooooow! There was only 3 people in line and we waited for more than 15 mins. I understand one person was doing some sort of return and another person is doing a hold so things may be a bit slower. But seems like the employees here move at sloth-speed. They were disorganized and can't find anything like a pen... The guy looked around for a pen just to circle the part on the receipt that tells you where to fill out an online survey. We really didn't need to stay an extra two minutes for that. The cashier did double duty as the person who was helping a customer/friend pack and carry out the furniture. Don't you have other employees who do that, especially when the line is really backing up. Then when a cashier freed up for us some lady (who seemed to be friends w the cashiers) came up and cut us to get her stuff that was on hold behind the counter. And she was taking her sweet time looking for all of her six bags and asking her if she needed double bagging. Meanwhile we were standing there w our big mirror and no one seemed to care. Then when the cashier next to us freed up, the guy didn't even try to help us and was trying to call up the next customer even though we were before them. Overall, employees were sloth slow. They all seem to be eager to help customers that were also their friends and there's poor organization overall in terms of helping their customers and trying to keep them happy.
