  • Just want to say that you again to Branden. This winter our home was extremely dry & staticky. Like you couldn't touch anything without a static shock. Called Branden and asked if he knew what could be happening. He told me it sounded like my humidifier was not working properly and he would come check it out. Turns out it had been leaking and not functioning properly at all! He took the time to show me everything and Explain exactly what was happening. His replacement was very affordable and was able to do next day service. He even let me put the stickers on the humidity dial :p Seriously can't recommend this guy enough. A+ customer service and quality workmanship. Btw he was 100% dead accurate. Within days of the new humidifier I felt my skin getting healthier and we never felt a shock since.
