  • Made appointment on phone. Stayed home to wait for morning service appointment. They didn't show. Called around noon and although they had my number they said they didn't have any record of an appointment (why did they have my number?) It's not like we had a previous business relationship. Said they were really busy and the soonest they could get us in would be 8 DAYS later. It's your business reputation for screwing up and that is the best you can do???? My advice, don't trust that they will be there or keep good records. Follow up with many phone calls. Even the other review says they are still working on the problem.
