  • Love to browse this store. They have a great selection of everything - whether it is treats, collars or toys. I always leave with an armful of toys and spend way too much. Yes, our dog is super spoiled. The full-time staff are very knowledgeable and can give great suggestions for any issue that you might be having with your pet. Their online though could use some work. Not a great shopping experience. Photos are blurry, and you have to do a lot of clicking to find what you are looking for and it could use more product features/ benefits, etc. From a marketing perspective - there is nothing on the site that excites you to buy - needs to have great animal photos or even an interactive area that allows people to upload photos of their pets, etc.
