  • The pho was great! This is a simple, nothing fancy restaurant in a shopping center but it had the best pho I've had so far in Charlotte! Half of the fish tanks were sitting there empty as if they'd been formerly used which looked a little junky to me. In summary I wasn't impressed with the ambience but then again I also felt comfortable having my seven month old baby in there with us without the worry of him disturbing others. The "medium" sized pho was more than I could finish, granted we had the summer rolls as an appetizer. I wouldn't recommend the summer rolls as they were over-stuffed with iceberg lettuce. They were on a wait when we arrived but it went much faster than the 40 minutes they quoted. The bar was flooded with To Go orders. I personally pho is a great thing to get for carry out. The service was excellent. Some of their Thai noodle dishes looked great as well but we didn't try any.
