  • Would have got 5 stars if I got the Ralph as my technician the first time. All are very nice and professional but it was ralph who spent the extra time to get my a/c unit up and running fixing problems caused by 2 other technicians. He was courteous and had a great attitude when I know it was frustrating for him. Because of him I will continue service with them.
