  • Do NOT rent cars from this company. They are located in the auto Nation Ford dealership on Frank Lloyd and Ford uses them for their customers to provide loaner cars. I have had my $64K Ford F350 in for service several times and each time High Life Auto Rental has given me a shitty ass Ford Focus; and the last time (2-3 weeks ago) they gave me a Focus that had been in an accident (whole right side damaged) and told me that's all they had. Now 2-3 weeks later they are trying to charge me for the rental that was covered by Ford as a loaner and called me to threaten turning me into collections. They are trying to get paid twice! The guy Peter Salina is a real prick and has zero customer service experience!! Ford should be embarrassed to have these guys on property and servicing their customers. I am beyond offended!! This reflects poorly on Ford. Funny thing is that I own a 2015 Lincoln as well and when I dropped it off for service last week they were top notch and gave us a brand new Lincoln MKC as a loaner. Night and day difference in customer service and btw, Lincoln is FORD company!! DO NOT deal with High Life Auto Rental
