  • Don't even call this company. THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced. especially from Valerie who answers the phone. As a BOSCHE rep they were one of the companies taking care of dishwasher recalls. They couldn't even take care of ordering 2 replacement kits. They just kept dropping the ball over and over. Told me to Bosche to order he parts. A Bosche rep had to call them and to tell them how to handle the problem. They are stupid and very very lazy. The tech that came to do the job was fine. But he was to order a spring for one of the doors which had broken. # weeks and 4 followup calls with promises to call me back it was never taken care of. THE LAZIEST and dumbest company. Horribly Inconsiderate. it's amazing they stay in business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
