  • so bad!! terrible customer service and not cleaned!! comforter cleaning month seemed like a great deal and perfect timing. i brought in a very new and expensive king comforter that my dog snuck into my room and wet on corner. was so excited to pick up next day nicely folded...almost fooled me...but after remaking bed i noticed the spot still there. i felt the area still crunch and yellow...rest of fabric was soft. i brought back and told them it was not cleaned...i was told they would mark it and make sure it was spot treated this time... take two...pick up take home...same!!!! omg!!! still smelled the same and no way was cleaned...i returned and requested return of money. i was told they only clean twice and if stain doesnt come out its too bad. i explained that no one told me at pick up either time or tagged order that there was stain unremovable...further was told manager would call in 24 hour...now week later...still no call...smell test dont lie!!! ***i would like you all to know that delia's called and provided me a full credit for cleaning and addition future credit to come back and give them another try. i did appreciate their call and proactive approach to righting a wrong.
