  • I visited this establishment for the first time to have my American high performance sports car detailed at a cost of $300 near the end of April and after leaving it has not been a good experience. A week after the full detail was performed the substance used to shine the tires has flung outward while driving and spread down the side panels of my car resulting in a sticky black film. Plus my brakes squeak badly, which was not a problem before my visit. I contacted Lidstrom using the customer service email address on the website expressing that I am not satisfied with the service I was provided and that I would like a refund. Ahmed Horkos called me the next day and insisted that the products used at Lindstrom could not have caused the syptoms I described. Rather than handling this complaint as a legitimate customer service complaint Mr. Horkos shrugged at my concern and refused my refund like I was making this up or trying to scam them. WHAT? This displays very poor management and customer relation skills. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE AND PRODUCT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
