  • I love the space. The decor is simple and clean and the rooms are spacious. It is very clean. The instructors are hit or miss for me here. I love that there is a place to sit down and eat after class. I have been to a few classes where the smell of freshly baked muffins (from the Urban Herbivore) wafted through the room. That made me hungry in the middle of class! ... my craving was satisfied after class!
