  • What might have been a good experience was soured by what I would classify as acting in BAD FAITH when it comes to honoring their damage claims. I took out the extra coverage and upon filing a claim they denied the majority of the damages...even damages THEIR OWN DRIVER ACKNOWLEDGED was their fault. I used to work in the insurance industry and there are 2 approaches to take with claims...look for coverage or look for ways to deny. Unfortunately, this firm took the later approach...and used arguments that were not true. ***BUYER BEWARE*** I would think long and hard before hiring S&M.
