rev:text	I am truly disappointed in the response that Cindy gave me when her employee damaged my microwave, though I do believe that it was an accident, it was not brought to my attention. I immediately addressed it with Wendy the house cleaner and she has complete denied it. It was a fresh dent on stainless steel. Very obvious. I was very satisfied with the cleaning service but I can't take someone who tells an untruth. I was always taught "if you lie you'll steal and if you steal you'll cheat". Cindy's solution was as I quote "do what you do" which I don't understand such a cryptic response after I asked for a resolution. I've learned a valuable lesson with this company.
