Worst experience ever. Went in with asthma, breathing problems. Checked in one hour later everyone who came in after were already taken back. They said they lost my paperwork please sign in again. About an hour later went to triage, did bloodwork. Went back to waiting room five hours later still sitting there. Place is emptying out. Through the glass windows can see staff talking , the physician assistant Kinsley? who listened to my chest sharing facebook photos with nurses Everyone back there seemed to be having a great time. I believe the ladies name was Ruby Rose who actually took her job seriously, maybe you should hire more like her. I was wating for breathing treatment but after five hours told the front desk i had to leave to go home and do it myself. They then informed me that they thought i had already been called back to see a Dr. I was seriously in tears that this is a place you go for emergency treatment and no one knows whats going on. I left without checking out because i couldnt breathe. Was later admitted to sunrise for five days. There they actually know if they have treated their patients. If you dont have a strict policy on work ethic, i suggest putting up curtains so sick people sitting in waiting area dont have to watch your staff playing around. And at this point im trying to work with my insurace company not to pay bill, i never saw Dr. Do people actually make it out of there alive?
