  • The service technician who came to my house was arrogant and rude. Not only to me, but to other family members who were in town. My father in law (a contractor) asked him if he could put mouse traps in the crawl space underneath the kitchen, and he proceeded to give a 5-minute lecture about how it was against the law. A simple "it's against our policy" would have done. The experience made me cancel my 3-month contract with the company out of disgust. Not to mention that 2 weeks after they sprayed, I've found 3 cockroaches and ants still in the house. Never will give them my business again.
