  • Almost $300 for one night? This is a joke, right? Are we are on a hidden camera show? We were hassled when we tried to switch rooms because we wanted to be closer to our family that was in a different room. When we were finally moved, the A/C wasn't working so we were switched to yet another room. In the process of shuffling around to THREE different rooms I lost my pillow from home. The manager was very apologetic the next morning, so that was good but overall the stay was a disaster. I would say the quality is comparable to a Holiday Inn. No mini fridge, horrible TV, tons of bugs in the pool, no hot tub. There was a ping pong table outside which was fun and in good shape so I added a star for that and because the manager was very helpful the next morning. I wouldn't stay here again though.
