  • After reading some of the reviews, there were a couple that had me concerned. I wanted to have a new battery placed in my watch. I called & the rep. assured me that they were professional & that the battery would be replaced without any damage to my watch. I decided to stop by on my way to work. Time was limited. The gentleman greeted me nicely & advised me that he could replace the battery for less than $11.00 & in just a few minutes. Said & done. I was very happy & he even reset the time & date which is kind of a pain on my watch. I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt I need to this time, because they came thru w flying colors for me. Thank you.
