  • They cannot get the order right! We ordered two iced caramel macchiatos one with extra Carmel and the other with extra vanilla. The one with extra vanilla didn't have vanilla but had three extra shots in it. Went to have it remade and the gal gave us milk with hardly any coffee. We got home and drank the new drinks and found white chunks floating everywhere inside it. Not only are they rude but they can't make the right order. Never going back their competitors are ten times better.
