My friend and I went to the Maya Hair Salon and have been going for over 7 years since high school. She asked for copper brown hair dye and came out to be redish purple when it was finished. Not only the hair stylist/owner did not apologize, they only offered to correct it on the same day or within 2 weeks. If we come back more than a month later, they can't do it anymore. The hair dye is not going on their own head so they don't care how damaging it is for your hair. I confronted the owner's wife why they didn't even say sorry, they avoided the question and said we will change the hair stylist and do it again right now. Cirlced back and forth for a couple of times and we realize with this type of attitude, my friend and I have decided we don't want to come again. Hair dye and cut is $160 in total, they initially was willing to reduce it to $130, then $100.. and finally said we can just pay $70. LOL like some type of bargaining game. They still don't realize they messed up and needs to pay for their mistake. Its not about us paying, its about their own mindset as business owners.
