Do not waste your time and money on this casino and any other Boyd casinos. Pretty much they all suffer from bad corporate style customer service. When you are playing with your money cocktail waitress should bring you water or my request was a cup of coffee. I played for an hour when waitress came by she says I got to be playing minimum of 15 cents. I then played at 12 cents a pull but that was not enough. I cashed out and handed my players card to them told them I will no longer do business with them anymore. It's one thing when you are not playing I can understand I don't deserve anything if I am playing then I should at least get a cup of coffee. I don't drink alcohol nor smoke. For too long they will end up pouring the coffee out to make fresh cup. I can't understand the logic of treating your paying customers like crap while waiting to get higher limit play customers? What will happen to these Boyd casinos when they go through the next recession? Are they going to treat me better then? If so then it be too late because I moved on to somewhere else where the customer business is valued and appreciated.
