  • I was not happy with the service at this location. I came in for an oil change, but the technician broke the oil plug as he was removing it. The technician wanted to charge me $5 for a new plug. For a $30 oil change, it would be a good gesture to eat the cost of the oil plug, and not charge me because I was not the person who broke the oil plug. I would never go back, nor recommend this location to family or friends. The reason being poor service and customer service. My visit occurred in fall 2011.
