rev:text	Took my Spectra 5 Kia here. First problem they were going to charge me 50 dollars for one headlight! I called my husband and he said "What? in the past I have been charged 18 dollars at other dealers". I asked them why the price increase and the guy said that's what its always been and the part must have been on promotion. We bought a 9 dollar part and changed it ourselves. Oh and I just called the Tempe dealership and was told the part was 18 dollars. I also had them look at my abs because the light kept coming on and off. They said the ABS was not working and that they were not sure if this would be covered by warranty due to an accident. They would have to go in the car to check and see, fix it and only than could determine if it was because of accident. Booked my appointment with them and than got cold feet because I thought they might be pulling a fast one. My husband tested the ABS and determined it is working. So basically they lied. Oh and when I went to get in my car the owner of the dealership started haggling me asking me "Oh how many miles on your kia what year?" -"40,000 2008" "how much do you owe on it?" -"nothing" Asks me the same questions again w/ same responses "Oh I could get you a great deal on a new one of these cars -"no thanks" " It looks just like an audi" -" We got a good price on this car we are happy with it" I got in my car and drove off but I didn't like this. Other Kia dealers never pitched sales when I have taken my car to get serviced. I think these guys are sharks!
