  • Service was not great. They had several tables available, but still would not let me sit until my friend arrived. (she was on her way). There were 4 people standing at the check in counter (not sure why they needed so many people up there since they were not doing anything but playing on their cell phones and chatting with each other). When she did arrive and we had put in our reservation, we were told we would still have to wait. Again, there was table available and I had been there for 15 minutes. Other people came in and got seated immediately without waiting. We ended up at the counter and was told they did not have any soda except bottled regular coke. I ended up with water (I don't drink coffee and there were no other decent options). The server took her time getting to us and I had to ask twice for water. The food portion came out a little too quickly (about 2 minutes). This made me wonder if it was pre-made rather than fresh. The order had to be cooked and there was no way it could have been fresh. It was not very hot which also made me question whether or not it was pre-made. Overall, I have had much better service and food. Considering we were at the counter, it took forever to get the bill and the never received any refills on the water. I would not go back again. Very dissappointed.
