  • I am a local from NoDa and enjoy hanging out there. A lot of locals are in there every night so you always know somebody. The decorating looks to be done and the place looks great, they have 10 or 11 beers on tap, a pretty large wine list, and a center bar so you can check people out. It is definately a mix of local hangout with a more upbeat atmosphere than your normal corner divebar for which NoDa is famous for. I was there last Friday and Saturday nights and it was standing room only as the band/DJ were letting it loose. For the last 2 hours, 10 or more people were all up front doing karaoke at the same time...it was really fun. It gets an eclectic crowd as every night is something a little different...live jazz....trivia...karaoke...DJ...it may not be for everyone (see lameass charley d. ...stay in Concord homeboy, you're not cut out for NoDa) but for weekend fun I find it one of the better spots in NoDa.
