  • The Champs at West Towne mall is a very clean and sparkling store with expensive merchandise. They are a chain and do a great job of holding their standards with items per rack and color schemes, etc. I am ALWAYS greeted upon entering and the employees respect people who just want to shop or are "just looking". When you do need help the employees go above and beyond to find what every customer needs. They immediately began looking online when they were out of stock in a product I wanted and never get annoyed when I want to try on 10 pair of shoes. I know their sellers work on commission, but I have never felt pressured to purchase in their store.
