| - When Industry first opened, I was excited to try it since I'd watched it being built for almost a year... My first couple of visits, I was excited by the awesome atmosphere and drink menu, but the food and drinks were a little expensive and the food was just OK - I was worried it had a little bit of a chain-like vibe, even though it's not.
But after my visit last night, I concluded that Industry is getting better with time.
I wanted to try one of the burgers, made with a veggie or turkey patty, and was disappointed to find this wasn't an option. But their menu has many other options, and I chose the Foster's Chicken sandwich. It was delicious - great flavor, juicy chicken, and wasn't too greasy. My friend got a burger, which was unique and looked great. In summary, I would describe their menu as your traditional bar-food menu with a unique twist that seems slightly healthier (or as healthy as bar food can get, I suppose) and good quality.
Our service was good, and the drinks and atmosphere are great. It's cool that they have TVs for sports, since there aren't many sports bars in Lawrenceville. I love all the beers on tap, and they have a wine list as well as an extensive craft cocktail list and infused liquor. Try the Carnegie Cucumber, and make sure take a bite of the gin-soaked cukes (but prepare yourself)!
I'm ready to go back already!
