  • I've been living at Escondido Apartments for just under 2 months and I truly cannot complain. You can't beat the location. Walking distance to The Stand, Ingo's, LGO, Postino's, Jennifer's Market, Tee Pee Mexican Food, a Starbucks, and much more. The community is quiet due to mostly old, retired hippies and cat ladies living there but if you're like me and hardly ever home, you really want some peace and quiet when you are home. I will admit I'm not a fan of having to pay for laundry but it's a small price to pay for the location and service Monica provides. I'm guessing the previous poor reviews were due to the previous property management which is a shame because Monica has been nothing but a true delight to work with. She is so welcoming and always, always available to help and answer questions. You can tell she actually cares about the integrity of the property and is doing her very best to maintain and safe and well kept environment. I truly appreciate that.
