I am kind of torn. I think the tech that recently came to my home to service my unit was knowledgeable and professional; I would recommend him. They dispatched him immediately, which was a good thing. What bothers me is that it was discovered that the unit (which was installed by ACE) was not configured correctly. That may or may not have had anything to do with the issue at hand; I am not an AC professional so I don't know. When they called me as a follow up survey(I had not called to complain but was feeling possibly duped so I brought it up), I told them that I wondered if that could have anything to do with the VERY expensive repair that was needed. I was told someone would respond in "24 hours".It is a week later and still no call. In the past, I would have recommended them but not sure I can do that anymore. I expect when a business says they are going to do something, that they follow through and do it.
