  • Dr. Dennis Cendana was rude, unprofessional and just flat out awful! When I questioned the medication, the dr refused to come back in the room and speak with me! The nurse instead had me stand at the counter with my 2 year old son (the patient) to speak with the dr about my concerns with this medication for my child. This Dr. rolled his eyes at me, shrugged his shoulders and just leaned back in his chair. Who treats patients like this!!!!! Im allowed to ask a question! I have never been treated so poorly! You can't get frustrated with a parent because they have a question. This doctor was so angry with me that the nurse had to step in. Again, my child is 2 years old and EVERY PARENT SHOULD ALWAYS BE ABLE TO ASK QUESTIONS UNTIL THEY FEEL COMFORTABLE! My son is not a just a number, he is a person! Please look for my complaint with the medical board and bbb!
