We went to Ramen Sora after a late night at UNLV looking to satisfy our ramen craving.
Parking in Chinatown is usually a little crazy so we came expecting the worst, but the parking lot was actually fairly easy to get in and out of.
The restaurant is a little small so we had to wait about fifteen minutes to be seated at around 10pm on a weekday night. That was no problem though because the food came out very fast.
We ordered one basic miso ramen and a deluxe miso ramen.
The broth was a perfect balance between thin and thick and had an awesome flavor. The deluxe ramen was pretty much the same as the basic with just a few extra toppings. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the chashu pork was nice and tender.
This is one of the first restaurants we've been to that has nice quality, reusable chopsticks available. (Instead of the usual wooden ones wrapped in paper)
This made my boyfriend very happy; however, the first one I pulled out of the container was all gross and dirty.
We were able to get in and out very quickly with decent service. The ramen was delicious and very affordable. Definitely going to come back!
